Pros

The company works on interesting technology : Google Apps, and how to convince companies to adopt it. Change management and IT solutions are their main areas of expertise

Cons

Management is tone-deaf to employee concerns and makes no effort at helping employees increase their skill set. Since the company relies essential on "fit" for recruitment, most of its employees are recent male college grads who have been recommended by friends and come from the same backgrounds. Very high "churn" rate of employees and large number of interns (up to 1/3 of staff)

Difficult to get responsibilities

Pros

You can travel easily.

Cons

They don't really care at your personal development. You can be hired for a mission, but can be positioned to something VERY different. It is almost impossible to get responsibilities as the management does not delegate at all and keep all decisions between a small group, without communication.

Pros

- Nice-ish office in the heart of Paris - Free fruits and coffee - Some smart and friendly co-workers that become your real friends if you want to! - Good work-life balance - Salary can be really competitive for some positions - You might have some good career opportunities since the turnover is huge and they need to fill in the vacant positions - The technologies used for the services/products developed are the brand new ones in the market

Cons

- The polished exterior is all to cover up for the chaos going on on the inside. Lots of turnover/fired people, constant re-organization and poor management which is carried over from the startup phase and just toxic to the whole company and culture - The tech is treated miserably from the top management. The different teams are not coordinated, there is no tech emulation. - A lack of seriousness regarding customers which leads to having to handle bad situations regularly
