      Pros

      started off as decent company when setup office in Ahmedabad.

      Cons

      Highly political company. Everyone fights with everyone else to bring them down. Insecure and incompetent VP leading this. Eng brings down product management. QA beings down Eng and Product management brings down both Eng and QA. Customer is screwed in all this. Worst place i have ever worked so far.

      Team Work,Upgrading to new technologies Good Appraisals Family picnic once and get-together once in a year

      All work done by team exposed to higher management is done by only seniors or managers and they get promotion every year.
