None that would make it worth your while
Cons
Worst turnover you will ever encounter. Training is non existent, but you are held accountable for what you dont know.Be prepared to pick up the slack and stay late when managements lack of direction and planning results in a long day. Don't let the smiles fool you . You are a replaceable worker bee and will be replaced as soon as you dont meet expectations

Hands on work, lot of hours/overtime available, family environment, consistent hours, team atmosphere, opportunities to cross train and grow. learn new things, health clinic on site, good benefits
Cons
early start time, the work can be challenging physically, PTO is accrued over the year
