Pros
Fast and exciting work especially with the company growing as quickly as it is. Competitive salaries with an end of year bonus. Colleagues are all very friendly and the overall culture of the work place is incredibly positive and supportive.
Cons
Recently took away a brilliant incentive of free product, employees now have to pay for it at a discount. There are talks of trying to bring people back in office full-time however I doubt this will go through as it's a great benefit to WFH 3 days a week.

Pros
Really positive work environment and great benefits like health care, big staff discount and flexibility with WFH. Helen the head of marketing is an absolute angel. Overall a great place to work
Cons
Directors don’t listen at all to staff when it comes to issues and pay is poor, not at all competitive. Very difficult to get any form of increase and not a lot of progression.
