Pros

Half day/reduced hours on a friday. Work hour flexibility for parents. Free product allowance. Not much else to be perfectly honest.

Cons

A toxic office culture based on bickering, back stabbing, and a popularity contest. Imagine "mean girls" in an office. Decisions based on friendships rather than business interests.

Pros

Well Known Brand. Parking on Site.

Cons

There are quite a few people in management that have been there for so long that they are out of touch with modern practices. They are not skilled to the required level to run a global brand, are intimidated by anyone who may uncover their lack of skill, and spend their time protecting themselves. As a result, the culture is absolutely terrible, with bad behavior, underlying currents and negativity. Business results are suffering, and they will require major changes to avoid loosing market share.
