      1. No pressure and stress-free job.

      Cons

      1. No growth. 2. No experience. 3. Less pay. 4. Monotonous projects to work on. 5. Forcing to work/come on holidays even Sundays. 6. Makes too many rules like school which gets annoying. 7. Team leaders keep giving termination warnings. 8. Partiality is there. 9. No benefits & flexibility. 10. Poor infrastructure. 11. Not a suitable environment to work. 12. Employees and leads are not supportive and helpful. 13. Salary is not paid on time. 14. Forcing to do tasks at home. 15. Difficult to manage work life balance.

      Pros

      It took me lifetime to come across this company. I wish this company existed since the time I started looking for such positive, energetic environment to work in. There is so much transparency/support here that I didn't find with other jobs, help, care, promise of future growth, so positively inspiring people and what not. If someone suggests me to leave this job for whatever reason, I will have to first struggle to find out a reason to leave it which I am sure I won't find. Blessed to work here!!

      Comparatively a new venture of its own kind, I think this organisation has its own challenges to match up to the number of other long established local companies with vast experience but I am sure that given the management's very positive outlook and long-term broad vision, it won't be before long that it will start surpassing the standards set by the other players in the market.

      To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Growth is very quick

      Cons

      Communication between departments could be better. Leave should be given equally not only basis of religion
