Pros

Nothing much, you will be given a paid training of salesforce, but you are paying it back with your life.

Cons

Before joining they convince you with their polish words, but the life inside is now way like they said, you will be always in pressure. You need to sign a contract for 2 years, with way low salary, they convince you with saying a better hike after the 1st year, but you will get 0% hike, literally 0% hike. Make your mind ready to be in bench for months, even after a client is allocated. You can see your colleagues joined with you getting fired because of the management’s failed business model were they hires soo many people without having enough client or requirements and fires them. These are people without ethics, think twice or thrice before joining here. Don’t get overwhelmed by the 5 star review here, either its fake or paid reviews.

It is genuinely disappointing to read that you have had a negative experience during your time with Revolent. Myself and the rest of the leadership team are incredibly passionate about what we do and the people that work for Revolent, and take a personal interest in ensuring all employees have a positive journey during their time with our organisation. I would really appreciate being able to discuss the issues you raise – if you are happy to do so please contact me directly on j.aldridge@revolentgroup.com. Many thanks.

Pros

Very unsustainable business model. They hire everyone then get rid of them after there training. They over hire people and then let them go because they have no placements for there employees.

Cons

I do not think they have any idea of what is going on as they like to hire and burn through all there employees.

Pros

- Cross-training in Salesforce is provided, which can be valuable for people looking to transition into this field. - The company has a clear process for cross-training and provides some support for employees who are going through the training. - The company culture is generally professional and focused on meeting targets and deadlines, which can be motivating for some employees.

Cons

- The training fee of $30,000 is a major downside, as it can limit employees' freedom to leave the company if they're not happy or if they find a better opportunity elsewhere. - The training itself may not be as comprehensive or transferable as employees may hope, as it's focused on the company's specific needs and processes. - The company culture can be rigid and inflexible, with limited options for remote work or flexible work hours. This can be a downside for employees with families or other commitments.

Thank you for your feedback. It is great news that you liked Revolent’s supportive environment and clear training processes, however, we would like to address some of your concerns. Our training is tailored to the unique needs of our industry-leading customers to ensure you are equipped with the skills needed to be successful in your on-site placement and in your future roles. When you join our Careers Program, Revolent makes a considerable investment in you by providing fully-funded training from certified instructors, enabling you to earn industry-recognized certifications. Our training fees allow us to protect this investment and our relationships with our customers, should you choose to leave before the end of your on-site placement period. Before receiving an offer to join our program, all candidates are briefed on the training fees, our flexible working policies, the commitment required, and your obligations should you choose to leave before the program finishes.
