Pros

Unity at Corporate Level with hourly/operational employees

Cons

Do you have a few hours? Sales Channels are in Chaos- Agents abuse the products, give dealers false information on product offerings which dealer then passes on to consumer, over price the products out of market, the company can never get away from them as a business model and yet they cannot attract the agents enough to use their products over competitors- Its a lose/lose for Revolos. Upper Management including CEO Rich Holland change gears constantly in a turbulent knee jerk fashion. Too pressured by board members to quick sell the company so they can make a profit by 2020. Employees that were here a long while took advantage for a long time creating a toxic work environment, paid themselves, had little to no accountability and ruined the brand name. Revelos is no different than any other VSC/Warranty company out there they don't offer anything unique and even if they did they would be so bogged down by inefficient means and hard to do business with consumers and Dealers would respond negatively to whatever changes they do make. Operations in sales channels have so many redundancies that it is impossible to create new business. Net Gain of New Business is not measurable since parent holding is driving in new business to dealer networks that itself owns, creating a very murky revenue stream that would surely disappear once company is sold.

Horrible Executive Leadership!!!

Pros

Any Agent who is still doing with the company!

Cons

Executive Leadership is the worst! They have hired a bunch of no talent retreads that will only tell the CEO what he wants to hear instead of what he needs to hear! That is not leadership...its a bunch of puppets. This company is a shell of what it once was. The fact that it is for sale only adds to the uncertainty and more importantly the vision on the company. VERY SAD!!
