      Stay clear

      absolutely nothing good about this company

      Cons

      Was hired on as a first officer on the king air. Went through indoc training/ drug test. Was laid off before Christmas because they didn’t have enough business. President of company has not knowledge of aviation and is likely going to run rev out of business.

      Had Potential and Lost It

      Pros

      The staff is great to work WITH. Was a great work environment. Customers are second to none and a big reason employees stay until they are released. We used to feel like a family.

      Cons

      Zero follow through. Start something and never finish it until a huge event near the airport. Poor implementation of change. Inept training on vital software for daily usage. Too concerned about putting on a show and not day to day operations or staff. Staff is on edge from executive management because they were scared of losing their job. No free thinking or opinions. HR struggles with Senior Management instead of working together.

      Decent pay and you get a type rating

      Cons

      Management is so behind everything at all times. They live in the stone ages when it comes to any technology. CEO is oblivious to the aviation world. A true 134.5 company. DOO and chief pilot do not know all the rules and regs. Flight coordinators are rude to all pilots, and none of them know aviation. No regard to safety. No pilot is happy, and last I heard they were all interviewing for new employment. Management has said multiple times they don’t care about the pilots and that they will just hire new.
