Pros

Recognition of outstanding employees with MVP awards If you are lucky to be in a good team, you will find some truly amazing people who are super smart, kind and hardworking

Cons

Don’t be fooled by cool graphics and catchy marketing: they promise an amazing experience but don’t deliver Spent millions of $ on lavish rebranding party, but only sales and marketing staff invited. meanwhile no recognition or support to rest of the company. All we got was a t-shirt. A year later, here come drastic cost reductions; no funds to buy software, equipment or backfill positions for employees who leave. People scramble to cover extra workload and their only reward is more work. In California, they cancelled United HMO plan which resulted in healthcare costs increases for many employees Delayed annual merit raises and nobody knows if raises will even happen

We take concerns about pay equity and gender equality very seriously, and this type of feedback is deeply concerning to us. At Revvity, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees are valued, respected, and compensated fairly regardless of gender or any other characteristic. We have established Employee Resource Groups, belonging committees, and unconscious bias training programs specifically to address these issues, and we regularly conduct compensation analyses to ensure pay equity across our organization. We recognize that we must do better, and we're actively working to strengthen our commitment to equality through enhanced diversity and inclusion initiatives, transparent promotion processes, and ongoing pay equity reviews. We encourage any employee experiencing these concerns to reach out to HR, their manager, or through our confidential reporting channels so we can address specific situations directly. Creating an environment where everyone can thrive and advance their careers is fundamental to our values and our success as an organization. We appreciate your courage in sharing this feedback and are committed to making meaningful improvements.
