      1 - You have full ownership of your work, and you are encouraged to take it from planning to execution. 2 - You are surrounded by a group of highly motivated and cheerful individuals 3 - You get ample opportunities to experiment, put your ideas to test, improvise them based on outcomes and re-iterate

      Cons

      1. Only problem I have faced is the scarcity of resources at times, as a result of which implementation of ideas might take longer than expected.
