      We Are Rexco!

      Pros

      We have a positive team culture and are family oriented where we really do care about our employees and customers. Customer Service is top for us and our departments work well together to find the best solution for our customer's problems. We are an ESOP company and are learning together what employee ownership means. It's a lot of work but we have fun while we work.

      Cons

      Some of our branches don't have many people so it is hard for employees to break away for personal time. Everyone must fill in for each other in these times. As we grow, this should take care of itself.
