Thanks for your feedback although it's clearly not good to hear you feel that way. We are undergoing a transition from a small, start up business to a global business of scale. We've made great strides in this journey with the main goal of achieving our founders' original vision to power the experiences industry. Both founders are still actively involved in shaping our strategic direction & are fully supportive. They also believe it's the right time for our current focus on refreshing the culture of the business to be in line with our change in scale & geographical reach. This project has harnessed the passion of both the new people who have recently joined along with those that have been here for a long time, including leavers who have returned to resume the journey. We are all excited about the journey ahead & hope through your engagement with that process you will feel the same.
