COVID-19 proof Excellent new General Manager (promoted from Operations Manager after changing the company culture for the better) Great work/life balance as well as working from home and office balance. Inner city, close to Vic Market and many restaurants. Public transport accessibility.

Cons

Minimal parking, most need to take public transport to office.

Structural issues make staff overworked yet underutilised Lack of support for middle management Power struggle amongst top management created a toxic workplace (the instigator has now parted ways, so hopefully this is better) Not enough private office space, so constructive feedback often has to be public Poor work life balance
