Pros
The health benefits were extremely generous, and the retirement benefits were not too terrible either. Also, if you don't mind working quietly doing a tedious task with a podcast or music on, it can be very quiet in a good way.
Cons
The company operated in such a disorganized and occasionally clandestine manner that it was demoralizing. Between rounds of surprise lay offs, in person tours unannounced from prospective buyers, weeks of no activity followed by a frenzy of last minute preparation for manufacturing runs, it did feel like I was constantly walking on eggshells.

Some good co-workers and good benefits.
Cons
Too many to list. Executive management is out of touch and milking investors without the wherewithal to get to market. Executive seems to favor transplanting friends from his former business without regard for talent, or results. Loyalty is prized anove all else.
