      Pros

      Remote working. Only coming in when needed. Transparent profits leading to bonuses and increments. Pretty good benefits overall too.

      Cons

      Generally alright. Salary wise should follow the market.

      Pros

      Great colleagues and flexibility in touching multiple projects if you wish to. Flexible work hours but you need discipline to deliver.

      Cons

      Work hours can be tough when projects hit, no OT but that's part of the industry.

      Pros

      - Work from home, flexible working hours - Recently changed management showing plenty of initiatives - Chance to work with regional departments in SG, TH, ID - Creative team was bad when i came in until end of 2023, but management did huge changes and bad ones are gone now. - Very supportive management team, always willing to help

      Cons

      - Can be alot of work sometimes - Clients can be demanding and unreasonable
