      Potentially fun environment but poor management gets in the way

      The music, SOME of the people.

      Cons

      When the other reviews say "low pay" they aren't kidding. It's embarrassingly low. After conferring with a group of people, it was discovered that men with lesser education and experience are paid better than women with advanced degrees. This company has a tendency to run good and friendly employees off in favor of those who make the work environment toxic. Management can be rude and cold. HR can be dismissive. It's just not worth it.

      Great group of people Music is good

      Cons

      Salary is way below other equivalent companies in the industry, & raises are hard to come by No pro-active promoting of staff - so hard to make any forward progress very low opinion of the performance of upper management by the staff

      The people are all genuine music lovers, who all love to talk, think, eat music. Friendly and positive work environment Open door policy with all upper management, who all love music Lots of give back to the community Feels like a family

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth Salaries are on the lower side General problems at any large music company
