      Pros

      Some contracts and clients are very fun to do and work with. Some easy, other's challenging.

      Cons

      Pay is always late and I complete. Expenses are not paid out on time and you need to chase accounting down alot. Recruiters do not manage their roster properly. Many times I was given a staff of inadequate or unqualified workers (example: working an event in Québec and they hire staff that isn't fluent in French) and upper management wants nothing to do with you. The owner of the company Walter is until untolerable and inconsiderate as a boss. One of the most rude people I've ever met.

      A LOT of problems (even for an agency).

      - Free parking - Rooftop patio

      Cons

      - Management lacks basic expertise and experience - Quick fixes with no long-term analysis is commonplace - Owner is out of touch with his business, and has someone with no leadership skills running his company - Shady business practices are the norm - "Benefits" is a small annual spending allowance - Employees are expected to work on holidays and weekends with no lieu days or recognition
