A lot good hard working employees minus management. Open bar holiday party. A few good radiologists that are easy going
Cons
Pay is very low. Bottom salaries in every trade. Expect to make the least in every modality Poor poor raises. Raises that are essentially nonexistent and do not compete with increases to cost of living. That is very sad. No communication from higher ups. Company is run by doctors and a few “climbing” women who just like to point and blame. NO praise for hard work. Non existent. No one tells you thank you for your long hours or busy schedules. No appreciation at all. Unable to talk openly about how to make the company better without reprocussions. Everything you say will come back to you and probably end up on a review. Have to pay to get uniforms embroidered. Rad tech week is a joke compared to other companies. Very few men outside of radiologists and maintenance. A few bad radiologists that talk down to techs. Not enough vacation time. Retirement - company does not match any percentage!!!! Not typical in today’s working world. Lack of ability to move up in the company.
