      Pros

      Enjoyed the support from the MP. Responsive team. Will fly you into the office from the West Coast and deeply cares about your personal success. Coaching has been a great add on. All in all great experience so far

      High touch coaching and mentoring Access to a lot of different perspectives for planning A lot of resources to help new advisors learn the rope

      Cons

      Extremely competitive Not a lot of work-life balance I felt left out when I worked from home. Team spirit does not translate virtually.
