      - Great colleagues (remaining) - Cool office - Work life balance - Cool projects abroad on latest technologies - Positive image in Belgium

      - On the decline with lack of growth - Drastic brain drain (voluntary & involuntary) - Values not applied (for instance transparency on strategic and organization decisions) - Management team perceived as arrogant internally & externally

      Good environment to work, at the office and at the client. Also, everybody makes everybody comfortable to express our thoughts.

      It's been three days since I work at RIA, so I haven't seen any CON about the company.
