This position (Inside Sales Agent) consists of calling people trying to sell their homes all day. Most of the time no one answers, and if they do they're upset the company won't stop calling. While on the phone you're encouraged (and taught during training) to lie to the home owner, and say anything you can to set an appointment. During interviews and training you're told you can make up to 40 dollars an hour, but we never make more than 12. You don't get sick days, paid vacation or any benefits... don't waste your time here, you'll get paid more and get more benefits working fast food. The turnover rate here is so high that they're constantly hiring, and doing training classes every week. The jobs extremely redundant. Rejections all day with the same basic question about trying to get people to sell their homes. A large amount of outdated leads. Large separation between upper management. HAVE NOT HEARD THE PRINCIPLE BROKER SPEAK TO US IN A MEETING SETTING.
