Pros

Some of my coworkers were really good people, and we bonded well over how awfully we were treated.

Cons

Upper management does not care one bit about anything other than ISAs hitting their numbers. I was the best agent on the floor, I had the best numbers and provided invaluable technical support and created systems that saved the manager hours of time daily, but they still lied to me and treated us all like garbage every single day.

Pros

There are a few pros to working here, but they definitely don't outweigh the cons. Free coffee and parking. Hour long lunches and you always get your 2 paid breaks.

Cons

This position (Inside Sales Agent) consists of calling people trying to sell their homes all day. Most of the time no one answers, and if they do they're upset the company won't stop calling. While on the phone you're encouraged (and taught during training) to lie to the home owner, and say anything you can to set an appointment. During interviews and training you're told you can make up to 40 dollars an hour, but we never make more than 12. You don't get sick days, paid vacation or any benefits... don't waste your time here, you'll get paid more and get more benefits working fast food. The turnover rate here is so high that they're constantly hiring, and doing training classes every week. If you are considering coming in for an interview or accepting a job here, make sure to do your research on the company, and the CEO Aaron Rian. His last company was shut down do to scamming people millions of dollars

Pros

There is uncapped potential with the amount of commission you get, if your making appointments. You are also able to take care of other work while your there (such as homework and other stuff).

Cons

The jobs extremely redundant. Rejections all day with the same basic question about trying to get people to sell their homes. A large amount of outdated leads. Large separation between upper management. HAVE NOT HEARD THE PRINCIPLE BROKER SPEAK TO US IN A MEETING SETTING.
