Amazing coworkers who provide unconditional support when needed, even when they themselves are under immense amounts of stress.
Cons
Rice is not the same company it was a year ago. With the recent change in upper management, there has been a drastic decline in support for staff. While many have voiced concern or raised issues (impossible work loads, lack of pay, lack of being heard in general), they have falling on deaf ears. Rice is losing dedicated, long term, hard working employees due to poor workplace environment stemming from this upper management change. Paying new hires who have no work experience and are unlicensed more than their current proven hard working and licensed staff, is a slap in the face.
