Dear Reviewer, It saddens us to read such an aggressive review, especially because it doesn't seem as if you worked for our company but instead had a second interview. I'm really sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't a great one one. It's always my goal for people to come away with a genuinely positive impression of my company and my team. I would like to clarify a couple of things about your feedback - the first being that we do indeed offer a base pay to our team members so there are alternative options to 100% commission pay! Secondly, our client provides our firm leads which means that we are aware of the clientele we are speaking with, and their needs, prior to our consultation with them. As far as us calling and wasting people's time for interviews, we'd have to say it's quite the contrary. Our Management Training Program has been a life changing opportunity for so many. We're actively recruiting individuals who apply to our firm (and even individuals who apply to job boards online) because of their experience, the demands our Fortune 500 client places and also our plans for expansion to an additional 4 office locations this year! Since you interviewed with us, we hope that you have found somewhere you're satisfied and growing in your career! Sincerely, CEO/Benjamin Buchsbaum

PYRAMID SCHEME

Pros

None. This company does not pay you to train. They delay your first paycheck for three weeks into your working. And they over promise and under deliver on incentives.

Cons

You drive all over, you pay for your gas, it's door to door sales and if you don't sell you don't make money, there's no base salary!!! This company is a pyramid scheme company!!!! RUN don't walk AWAY!!!!!

Hey, Reviewer! It's unfortunate to read this review, especially because there are several errors which lead us to believe you were not a team member of Richard Allen Inc. We engage in no door-to-door sales, and also work for large clientele in the telecom industry by the names of Verizon and Ooma. The last time Verizon was involved in a pyramid scheme...was never. Also, we don't serve koolaid - only copious amounts of coffee. Should you have any further tangible feedback, we welcome you to contact our HR Team. Sincerely, Richard Allen Inc Management Team

Cons

This is a door to door job. Walking from store owner to store onwer trying to convice them to switch the phone line even if it doesnt benifit the store owner. You must always be out there in rain, snow, cold weather. Please heed my warning and dont waste your time applying to this job.

Dear Reviewer, First, we'd like to thank you for the time you took to interview with our company and write this review!! Though it states that you were employed full time, we know this not to be true due to one simple reason. In our second interview, which is almost always a full day observation of the job position, you would have seen first hand that we work one on one and face to face with small-medium sized business owners in the New York and Connecticut area (depending on which office location you were in). There would be no confusion in the job description and you wouldn't have accepted the position (we hope), if you felt in your second interview it wasn't a good fit professionally. We also know you didn't work for our organization because you listed there wasn't a single pro and we can assure you, anyone who's spent time with you team could find at least one thing to compliment them on. While we encourage feedback, we think not listing a single pro is unbalanced and wish you had felt comfortable sharing your experience with us doing your 2nd or 3rd interview so we could have answered any lingering questions for you. We have no doubt that since February you've found a company and a position that is a much better fit for you. All of our luck! Sincerely, CEO/Benjamin Buchsbaum
