      Bad outweighs the good

      Benefits, company outings, good work/life balance, bonus opportunities, good co-workers, good pay plan

      Cons

      Money above all else mentality, cares about sales and numbers over the expense of customers and the employees, customers come second, sales floor is put on a pedestal while others are forgotten about. Promotions are rare unless top tier sales , favoritism is rampant, complaints go on deaf ears.
