Pros

Pros of this place: you know what you're getting every day, and you don't really have to worry about customers, plus the schedule is consistent. The job is pretty queer- friendly, which can be hard to find.

Cons

The pay schedule is strange, and pay increases are only set to a dollar a year. Not great for trying to make your living off of. High turnover rates in between seasons. Every day it feels like you might get let go- even if you're doing a good job.

repetitive work. Easygoing. didn't have a strict dress code. could listen to music while doing the job. you get to learn production skills

Cons

didn't value their workers no matter how much work they would put in. high turnover rate including managers and HR. Irregular variables of hours worked per week = irregular pay. depend on seasonal hires. Only a handful of full time employees, they keep others as part-time (who used to be full time but mgmnt took that away) yet they are still required to be present every working day of the year like full time employees. meaning they have no PTO, healthcare or any other full time benefits with the same amount of work. also preventing them from obtaining other part time jobs to supplement the irregular pay
