      Very flexible environment. You literally do whatever you want

      Cons

      Choas, unstructured, no clear vision, absent leadership, and partners. Will never catch up to Big 4 or 10, or even 50. Joining them will ruin your career track. Culture is focused on constant gossip. HR also contributes to gossip without doing anything to stop it.

We are taking measures to further clarify the firm’s vision, as discussed at our Town Hall this year, through a course of meetings and communication strategies. While we do encourage an open door policy and strive to increase communication throughout the firm, gossip is not something Richter tolerates.

      Pros

      Good company overall with good exposure to many different industries and companies. Great learning opportunities. Nice newly renovated offices located downtown.

      Cons

      Not a good work life balance. Depending on your level / department you might not have a life at all. Highly unconsistent work environment from one partner to another, some of them acting like dictators or not caring about people at all.

      A great place for people with experience but poor in further development

      - great place to meet professionals

      Cons

      toxic environment. Not friendly to staff without experience. There were not enough engagements to distribute to manager below roles and no proper training in place. The famous quote was " our firm is not a school/ charity for you to learn, so you need to find ways to improve yourself". If you have 75% or below utilization for over months, you would face the risk to be fired. It is a very common thing to see people got terminated without any proper explanations.
