Pros

You get paid 500 per week for the first 8 weeks, then its strickly commission Well known brands and good warranty policies help you sell.

Cons

Sales employees a bunch of sharks, no team work cohesiveness every man for himself. They will ask you to work 60 - 70 hours weekly with no salary. No initial training, senior staff is not very friendly, they don't really have an open door policy here. Crap pay unless you sell your but off, crap hours, unfriendly senior staff think their crap don't stink and walk around with chips on their shoulders. You get 1 week paid vacation for your first 3 years, insurance is cheaper through government and not really any other benefits, its shark land sink or swim. They have 30 sales guys walking around and keep hiring more, of course they can afford too, they don't pay a salary.

Pros

If you're the type that likes to go in, do what you need to do and leave, then this would be the job for you. There's only pressure during the end of the month and end of the year. But not as stressful as sales.

Cons

The pay SUCKS. No wonder the turnover rate there is so high. The list of responsibilities does not match up to what they pay you. And they've promised people raises for months and months but never follow through with it. It's all empty promises to keep your hopes up and stay with the company. The owners are cheap and you can find accounting jobs that actually pays well compared to here.
