Pros

Not really any pros to this job. I hear the owner is a nice guy thats about it

Cons

They will work you 90+ hours a week 6+ days a week. Barely enough time to wash your laundry. Their business model is screw the little guy. Do the math- salary is low. But at 90+ hours. You're basically making what a McDonald's associate makes serving French fries. They use you, give empty promises without guarantees of time off and dump you. Even offer bonuses- knowing they'll dump you before you receive them. Don't fall for their recruiting bonuses- if you recruit people for them- you'll be the first to go so they dont have to pay. Greedy, cold, and heartless model. Don't work here, you'll be very unhappy.

Pros

Pay on time paid travel

Cons

Per diem is not what it should be for the travel required.
