Pros

Great place to work if you like working with wood and building guitars. Great company perks like getting to go to the NAMM show every year. Get to meet some artist. The other people that work there are friendly and fun to be around. Paid time off in December and July.

Cons

The pay is fairly low and hard to live on. The owners and warehouse management (owner's son) are a little hard to work for at times. They do everything they can to not empower their employees.

Pros

You get to handle beautiful quality instruments every day, and the one you had a hand in creating may end up in the hands of somebody famous.

Cons

Being a family-owned and run operation, it is REALLY important to go out of your way to get along with people.
