As a first job, you had to learn about basic skills pretty quickly.

Cons

Did not have proper training sessions. Only the girls were made to wear bright red uniforms but the guys were allowed to wear anything. Overall, terrible franchise to work for even if it is a first job.

i got to meet a lot of great people and I learnt a lot and working at rickys allowed me to get a amazing job in fine dining

Cons

literally the worst management, bullying, harassing, unfair, poor manners, just all around a poorly run place due to them.
