Small team means lots of opportunities to expand your skillset.
Cons
No boundaries, work/life balance, or serious interest in improvement from upper management. Culture that romanticizes overwork and looks down upon those who implement boundaries outside of work hours.

I had some great coworkers who became friends. I got to work at home occasionally.
Cons
No onboarding or training. You’re thrown in the fire from day one with no support. Lack of leadership. Incessant micromanagement and distrust of employees. Sabotage by one company owner who wants to continually prove self worth by “saving the day” with no hesitation in throwing employees under the bus. Clients who are extremely unreasonable, pushy and borderline rude, with no support from owners in managing their expectations. This creates long hours, weekend work and no comp time. PTO and other employee perks are stingy compared to most Portland creative agencies.
