Pros

Initially the company was a good one and the founder was very hands on but financial troubles near the end certainly were evident. They have since sold

Cons

Many of the cons were explained away in their actions taken once the sale of the company was announced.

Sold out

Pros

On an individual store level there are people who care about their clients.

Cons

Micro management hurts individual locations because not everyone is the same. Poor employee training means upper management was very vague as to expectations, but then are quick to act when you don't meet expectations. There is a reason that Hasco sold out to Mobility Works.
