Pros

Wants their employee's best - Tries to find solutions to any problem you might have Remote first Passionate, ambitious co-workers CX team is very well-structured

Cons

Lack of leadership, vision, plan, strategy which becomes an issue as the company grows. Hard to know as an employee what the bigger picture and purpose is. Risk of being left outside, the remoteness can make you "disappear" with no one managing your work or giving feedback. You may get stuck on not getting things approved or looked at, lack of decision making - OR lack of delegation of decisions. The company denies having hierarchy but in reality there is hierarchy, just uncontrolled and not outspoken. As a new employee it is very hard to find your way through the organisation as it isn't articulated. Can make you feel lost, misunderstood, misguided.

Pros

Excellent support, genuinely feel valued for my work and who I am as an individual. Given a lot of autonomy to make own decisions and the opportunities they give you are out of this world!

Cons

Remote working can be tough, however, they have great support in place to help with this.
