Pros
There is a real family-like atmosphere among employees. It's amazing how many people have been here over 30 years. At the same time, people aren't cliquish. Everyone is welcome at the staff lunch table. Also, there is a sense of purpose and a desire to make a difference in clients' lives.
Cons
After a lot of years of doing things the same way, the organization is going through changes in several different departments all at once. While this will ultimately be a good thing, there are a number of employees that are struggling to keep up.
