Awful management. Cofounders have no respect for ethics or professionalism. They have ego issues and think petty. They mislead employees by hiding facts or by lying on the face. For a long time, no system was deliberately set in place for providing salary slips to "prevent employees from switching jobs". They want to retain employees not by providing a competent and healthy workplace but by disabling them. Part of salary either cut or delayed citing 'performance based evaluation'.
There is no transparency. Nobody is told how much funding the company has (unless people get to know from media) and how the company is doing.
I saw lots of hardwoking and smart people lose motivation since work is hardly ever appreciated.
Cofounders behave childish and rude to anyone who resigns and don't hesitate to say things that should be beneath them.
