Then they bully you in front of everyone despite you are more educated and more experienced all of them together. No support from senior staff whatsoever and all other teams laugh at HR team with their constantly new faces and names they cannot remember anymore as people come and go monthly! racists too, laughing at disabled students, applicant essays, for example someone in their application mentioned 'since Viking era'-that person said this applicant must have something mentally bad with their head if they talk about Vikings. LOL. they are mentally and financially poor and envy more successful people, so avoid at all costs. they advertise constantly-just search for their adverts, you will see how many non stop positions there are, 80% of which repeat monthly or being re-advertised! They have massive blow EGOs and think they are superior over others. Even director requests to put her educational 'Dr' title on every presentation to show off how important she is! must be very rare holding doctoral degree in latvia-hey? )))
