The "dead sea effect" is serious due to the bad practices from the top management. Top management do not have proper concepts on product development and hence many unrealistic timelines. High amounts of technical debt. Stick to highly inefficient old fashion way and hence "the way we've always done it" is the standard reply. NOT suitable for fresh graduate because of all the cons listed. DO NOT waste your precious time here as it will NEGATIVEly IMPACT your career for years afterward UNLESS you want to be a dead sea developer. Salary offered is NOT attractive. A simple research and compare on the job market will tell you the range of expected salary. Yearly increment and bonus is not promised. A normal sign due to the "dead sea effect".

I would said this is a very old school company. I interview to help the company grow. But the lady boss is very demanding for the jobscope and always have meeting. No work life balance. Saturday also need to reply and entertain boss. One leg kick : marketing + retail + reporting. We come here is do presentation, please don't expect work life balance and career growth here. Very old school minded. Don't scam by HR , HR very disrespect colleague.
