      Tips aren't bad, and the staff is typically very nice.

      Highly corporate structure, little positive input from management. "Eye in the sky" leadership style that does little to boost employee moral.

      Save yourself. Poor culture, very cliquey. Pretend to be family oriented then back stab you. No room to grow. Micromanagers and incompetence all around
