Pros

We all have very busy schedules at RLG however this is met with lots of support from different members of the business. These busy days are often broken up with different activities organised by the engagement officer which lets you have fun but also helps with refocusing. There is always something new and exciting happening within the business which drives your motivation and development.

Cons

With rapid growth we have lots of different offices around the country which means it is hard to keep on top of new starters as well as build relationships with these people.

Friends for life and investment in professional development

RLG invest a lot of time your professional development and support is always given. The managers won’t always just provide the answers, but this is the main reason I’ve been able to develop my skills and knowledge. The friends I’ve made at RLG are my friends for life and the bonds you create with people are truly amazing. Lots of company events helps create long lasting friends and lots of great memories.

Cons

Because of the rapid growth the car park is too small for the employees. A bigger building with slightly more modern facilities would be ideal, but is not a deal breaker at all!
