Pros

Right Resources is an amazing place to work. It is a small company, but with large sized company benefits and perks. Everyone gets along and is dedicated to helping each other achieve their goals. Management also cares about quality over quantity. Quality in the people that we hire. Quality in the companies that we chose to do business with. Quality in the communications that we send to our vendors, clients, and potential candidates on all communication channels and social media. I like that Right Resources is humble. The company likes to give back to the community. Right Resources has volunteered or contributed to local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity (Carroll County), People & Parks Foundations (Baltimore City), Sarah’s Hope (Baltimore County), Grace Fellowship church (Timonium), and St. Vincent DePaul’s church (Baltimore City). I love Right Resources. I have had a chance to grow my career pretty rapidly here and I feel appreciated. I enjoy my bosses, my staff, and my co workers.

Cons

The leather couches are a little too plush. :)

Pros

The work culture here is amazing. Management leads by example and works side- by-side with the employees, but does not micro-manage. There is a commitment to excellence and employees take pride in their job. One of the best places I've ever worked. Pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

I love my job here. Can't think of any, sorry.

Pros

I've seen reviews of which I'm very skeptical, but here I am about to write a glowing review, and I mean every word I'm saying. - The autonomy Scott and Mark provide to staff is awesome. You are provided training, then they let you loose and trust that you'll get the job done. They are constantly here to mentor and teach you. - It's an open environment. You won't see them closed off in an office somewhere, They sit right here with you and are "in it". Every day. - They are extremely generous with sharing the success of the company with the staff. - This is a staffing firm that has its values and ethics in line with my own, which is why I'm glad I was trained here and hope to have a long career here, and see it grow. - They take chances on people like me, who was not a recruiter prior to joining the team. - They always have your back.

Cons

- Not sure this is a con, but you've got to have internal drive to be successful here. You want to do your best, for your own sake and for the sake of the owners, and that might mean working longer and harder to do just that.
