Pros

You hardly get one or two good colleagues and I'm sure they have left too.

Cons

No proper training. Care manager is a nightmare. You get told one thing at the interview and get completely opposite to do in the actual work. You get after hours mobile phone once every whenever they want to give you i.e., no sleep for 7 days and you get a flat $200 for 7 days(including weekends all day and night, despite in the contract of employment it says you get after hours mobile phone ONLY on the days you work) of no sleep. Phones ring 24/7 and you are expected to work even in the midnight in your mid sleep while you are on call. you can't go for a trip, you can't go for a long drive while you are working as that effects your "critical thinking ability" and that's a concern for the management. Wow!!! what about the sleep deprivation we go through once every 2-3 week when you guys throw a mobile phone at us and we get 3-5 calls minimum through over night and expect us to work effectively even though we need sleep? what about our "critical thinking ability" when we can't sleep though the night because of your "no sense" after hours mobile phone? There is stress and tension in the office air due to the poor care manager, very rude, very aggressive, racist, indirect discriminator and the biggest bully I have ever seen but management doesn't care as she gets schedulers to do all the jobs of a scheduler, care coordinator, relationship manager, administration officer. I have seen more people leave than stay during my time, no one lasts more than 5 months as I can see. They expect you to stay overtime but never pay for that and you can never leave early as Care Manager never approves as she has to pick up her kids from school + her break + her gossips in the office + sitting in her cabin and doing nothing. I haven't faced any issues with the owners(Wife and Husband). Owners supported me whenever I needed help especially the Lady boss but unfortunately under their eye sight there is a Care Manager who is the main reason for the employees & Clients to leave. This is something serious for their business.
