Pros
Hands down the best technology and the most vision of any company in this space. Their platform will eventually become the de facto standard in Healthcare for patient identification. Only about 20% of the market has adopted some form of biometrics, so tons of growth potential in this market.
Cons
Very much a startup, so if you are not used to a fast paced, dynamic environment, then may not be the right company for you.
