- remote work - fairly decent salary, annual bonus and monthly allowance - talented and smart colleagues

Cons

- work life balance is not exist - unnecessary complex org structure consider the size of the company - not much opportunity to grow - some individuals love micromanagement - toxic company culture

Hard work in a company that is on a mission for zero harm

Pros

Remuneration is good. My colleagues are excellent. Technology is good, you are provided with the tools you need, to do the job well.

Cons

Difficult time zones that need to be accommodated. Melbourne, London, Malta, Singapore, and Houston. Frequent meetings out of hours. Has become too corporate/too big, and profit has become more important than vision. Opportunities have become limited for Product people based outside of Singapore.
