Really excited about the growth potential at the company and the willingness of the owner to listen to new ideas. The company is poised for a great year and looking to make changes to benefit the company and staff. Casual atmosphere but hard-working.
Cons
The benefits could use some help but I believe they are making changes in the next 1-2 months.
