Wonderful colleagues who help each other and care about doing things well. Fulfilling and interesting work. The company is small so there are lots of opportunities for learning a broad spectrum of skills.

Not many, although the team is split across Berlin, Brussels, and Paris, and it would've been nice to spend more time working together in person
