- Pay below market value - Firm is extremely cheap - Partners and paralegal supervisor are very belittling - Everyone knows each other’s business - Turnover rate is extremely high - No room for growth

Firm has good reputation, some of the partners are great

Cons

Compensation, each year it only goes up by a couple thousand (less than $5k) I don't see how you can ever buy in to become equity partner. Lots of toxic partners that have been their most of their career, they don't really support or train junior associates. No real efforts when it comes to diversity.
