      You can easily job here. So much attrition

      COO- clearly outdated old mentality person. Worst part is CEO can't take own strategic decision and follow COO. They never treat staff well. They think they are best system. They are treating employees like labour 12 hours work everyday. I experienced that after joining job 1out of 2 leaves company within 2month. It is always better not to join this company to sit without job and find the other one.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working in this company. It is a very good example of where management is only interested in the bottom line and will do anything, including slave driving.

      Cons

      The office culture is the worst I have encountered. No cubicles, everyone sits in a small desk barely arm-length facing a white washed wall. More of a sweat shop. Everyone is monitored by CCTV. Colleagues cannot talk to each other unless it's about work. To make you join the company, they will say very nice things. But the fact is, they are all hypocrites.

      - Terrible level of salary - Horrible attitude from top management - Absolutely ignorant top management - Very bad environment in the office
