      There isn't any pros to this company nothing at all

      Cons

      The worst communication I've ever had. Promises are made they tell you what you want to hear to get you through the door and they don't keep their word. Management skills is non-existent you can work there for an entire week and they don't even know upstairs or from higher up that you're even working. Communication there is horrible they lack

      toxic, negative. if you got a dollar for everytime you heard someone say "it's not my job" you could retire

      Good managers and you can get a lot of extra hours

      Cons

      Can be a dangerous job many times if you are not careful. Work is very taxing on your body. Can work your way up to foreman quickly
