      - High degree of autonomy and ownership - Building something at the cutting edge - Everyone is very collaborative and truly cares - Insane growth rate and a market that is moving fast

      Cons

      - Moves very fast which is exciting, but if you want to take your time, this is not the place for it - You are building in flight without an instruction manual - Not the most structured company, we're figuring out processes as we go
